Today I’m leaving for Hawaii!!!!!!
In about 45 minutes Benzo and I will be taking off for the airport. I had grand plans of doing a travel-related blog post this morning, but the last minute preparations got in the way. So it’s just this quick note instead.
We will be flying for 13 hours today. Booooo! It takes forever to get to Hawaii!
I’m still undecided about whether I’ll blog from Hawaii or not. We are taking the little Mac laptop (it’s practically like a netbook) so I will have a computer. Part of me wants to completely unplug and not do anything related to my real life. But another part of me thinks it would be nice to share pictures with friends and family along the way. And doing a few blog posts while the memories are fresh in my mind would be like doing a travel journal. It would be something I could come back to and read anytime I want to relive the experience!
I think I’ll just play it by ear. If I feel the urge to blog I will. But if not then no sweat. We don’t get back until the 20th so you may not hear from me for awhile!
